About Me

Hello, my name is Adrian Smith and I'm here to motivate and inspire you to reach your goals.

I could train you via online sessions, at your home or in the park. The online sessions offer a lot of flexibility during the Covid-19 lockdown and help you stay fit and healthy.

12 years ago I had a brain attack (stroke) and I ended up in a wheelchair.  I lost my speech. The left side of my body was completely disabled and I was obese. I knew I had to do something and that my lifestyle needed to drastically change.

Through sheer determination and self rehabilitation I managed to recover and here I am, a fully qualified personal trainer, willing to share all my experience with you and hopefully inspire and motivate you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

I am a Level 3 qualified in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and I also have a Diploma in Level 3 Exercise Referral. This allows me to work with people with different medical conditions such as:

- Arthritis

- Obesity

- Heart problems

- High blood pressure

- High cholesterol

- Mental Health

- Stress

- Post injury and rehabilitation

- Low back pain

- Cancer

- Mental health

I also specialise in muscle toning and building body strength. I've got access to an outside gym with a Bootcamp assult coarse right next to an amazing park or I can train you at your home if you prefer.
